Who is Rachael - That's me!
I am a former Mental Health Nurse with over 10 years of clinical experience, underpinned by a deep-rooted passion for mental health, disability awareness, and workplace wellbeing. My professional journey is further enriched by my own lived experience with disability, which gives me a deeper, more empathetic understanding of the challenges individuals face—both personally and in the workplace.
Throughout my nursing career, I developed a strong foundation in coaching, mentorship, and leadership across both public and private sectors.
Electric Glory is more than just a consultancy—it’s a movement rooted in the powerful idea that workplaces thrive when individuals are supported to show up as their whole, authentic selves.
Founded by Rachael Anne Hill, a compassionate and experienced Specialist Assessor, Wellbeing Consultant and former Registered Mental Health Nurse, Electric Glory is on a mission to transform workplace culture through a human-centred, inclusive approach to wellbeing!
